Lead by owners, Dean Cole and Ron Norbury, who both have over 20 years of experience in all facets of the construction industry. Through their proven ability to successfully estimate, negotiate, and manage they have been able to take multimillion dollar projects from conception to implementation. Leadership and management by both Dean and Ron have enabled their team to handle many projects in diverse industries. Dean has over 20 years of experience in estimating and managing industrial, pharmaceutical, commercial, and healthcare construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Saint Joseph’s University, and a Master of Engineering Management from Drexel University. He has proven ability to manage multiple projects ranging in size and scope from a few thousand dollars to multi-million dollars. He is skilled in contract negotiations, schedule planning and implementation, and cost analysis. He possesses the technical education and managerial experience required to assure your project is a success.
Ron has over 20 years of experience in general contracting, estimating, and managing industrial, pharmaceutical, commercial, and healthcare construction. Ron holds both an undergraduate Civil Engineering degree as well as a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University. Ron has a proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and scope. Ron is proficient in all aspects of construction management from estimating through implementation of the final product. He possesses the technical education and managerial experience required to assure your project is a success.
Dean and Ron have been a part of the firm since its inception in 1990. From internship, project assistants, managers, and now principals, they have dedicated their careers to the success of the organization.
